ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The man charged with killing a Rockville man last October is set to stand trial in February.
Twenty eight year-old Marcus Barshaw is charged in the murder of Jeffrey Schutz, who was shot multiple times behind his home last October 21st.
A grand jury indicted Barshaw on charges of second-degree murder and first and second-degree assault.
Barshaw fled after the shooting, and was later shot himself by a Stearns County deputy after refusing to drop weapons he had in his possession.
His trial date has been scheduled for February fourth.
