ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police arrested three people following a standoff Sunday.

Officers were called around noon to the 10-block of 12th Avenue Northeast. A male victim had contacted police saying people inside a residence had weapons and drugs, were not allowing him to leave, and possibly threatened to shoot him if he tried to leave.

A permiter was set up and contact was made with the men inside. The occupants were taken into custody without incident. They're identified as 51 year-old David Roll, 44 year-old John Nesenson and 40 year-old Steven Pouliot--all of St. Cloud.

Roll was taken to the Benton County Jail and could face a charge of false imprisonment. Nesenson was taken to Benton County Jail and could be charged with terroristic threats. Pouliot was taken to jail for an active Stearns County warrant.

Roll and Nesenson were released from jail and have not been formally charged.
