LITTLE FALLS, Minn. (KNSI) The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says three people have been arrested on drug charges following a five month investigation.
Thirty one year-old Ezekiel McDermott was arrested in Royalton on Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree possession of methamphetamine.
Twenty two year-old Tamra Schmolke and 22 year-old Mason Larson were arrested in Little Falls. Schmolke was charged with first-degree drug sales, and Larson was charged with third-degree drug sales.
More than 30 grams of methamphetamine were seized during the investigation, which included officers from the Morrison County Sheriff's Department, Little Falls and Royalton police, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force.
Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel says they've been able to make a significant dent in the availability of meth in the county, but the fight is far from over.
