Threatening Phone Messages Land Man in Jail

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - St. Cloud police arrested a Monticello man over the weekend after he left threatening voice messages at a St. Cloud man's home.
Officers were called to the 27-hundred block of 16th Street South to investigate a threats complaint. They found 29 year-old Troy Powers had left multiple threatening voice mail messages for a 52 year-old St. Cloud man.
Police arrested Powers and took him to the Stearns County Jail where he was booked and later released.
Powers could face a felony charge of making terroristic threats.
