ST. CLOUD (KNSI) - Two teens are facing charges for throwing large items into a St. Cloud roadway, causing thousands of dollars in damage to at least one vehicle.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says officers were called to the 2000 block of County Road 75 on Tuesday around 7:30, after someone called in a property damage complaint.

Officers determined that several vehicles had hit a bike and a large branch, which had been thrown into the road.

Two juveniles, ages 15 and 16, both from St. Cloud, were found during the investigation and are believed to be responsible. They were relased to their parents but are facing possible criminal property damage charges.

Burke says one vehicle has about $1,200 in damages.

Two other cars are believed to have hit the items, but those drivers have not contacted police. Authorities are encouraging those drivers to be in touch to report damages.
