Teen killed along I-94 in Twin Cities

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A teenager has been killed while walking along the interstate in the Twin Cities.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 19-year-old Jason Stevens of Rochester died Wednesday when he was struck by a vehicle on westbound Interstate 94 shortly after midnight.
Stevens was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he later died. Circumstances surrounding the fatal injuries have not yet been released.
