MINNETONKA, MN (AP) - The Hennepin County sheriff's office says two adults have been arrested in a rash of thefts from boats docked on Lake Minnetonka.
A sheriff's spokeswoman says tips to law enforcement helped lead to the arrests.
Authorities last week warned boaters to take extra precautions on the lake after alcohol, tools, radios and televisions were stolen in at least 16 reported thefts. The thefts took place at marinas and private homes on Tonka Bay, Orono, Mound and Spring Park.
