GLENWOOD, Minn. (KNSI) The State Patrol is investigating a head-on crash that happened Sunday night on Minnesota Highway 29, four miles north of Glenwood.

A southbound pickup truck went out of control and collided with a northbound vehicle.

There were four people in the two vehicles. Their names and the extent of their injuries have not been made available. The crash was reported just before 8:30 Sunday night. The patrol says the highway was icy at the time.

And a head-on crash in Kittson County has killed an Aitkin man. Fifty four year-old Steven Wink was killed when the car he was in was struck by a vehicle driven by a Warroad man. Two others in Wink's car suffered serious injuries.

The accident happened Sunday afternoon, just after two o'clock on Minnesota Highway 11. Road conditions were icy.
