ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Police conducting a search warrant on a St. Cloud home uncovered dozens of plants in a marijuana growing operation valued at nearly $50,000 and arrested two people, according to St. Cloud police.

The raid was carried out at the home on the 400 block of Wilson Avenue Northeast on Dec. 16.

Inside, officers with the St. Cloud Metro Gang Strike Force and the St. Cloud Drug Unit found about 130 marijuana plants in various stages of growth. The plants had an approximate street value approaching $50,000.

Also found in the home were various amounts of cultivated marijuana as well as miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

Keith Richard Rothstein, 23, and Sondra Lynn Rothstein, 26, of St. Cloud wee arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail on 5th degree marijuana possession charges.
