ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - A St. Cloud man was celebrating his good fortune Friday as the winner of $100,000, courtesy of the Minnesota State Lottery.
Patrick Wright bought the $5 Black Pearls scratch-off ticket at the Speedstop at 3535 West St. Germain.
"It didn't hit me at first. It took me a good hour to realize that I had won $100,000," Wright said.
Wright collected his winners Thursday at lottery headquarters in Roseville. It's the first of five Black Pearls $100,000 tickets to be claimed.
