ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - St. Cloud police officers arrested two men and issued more than 40 citations following complaints of a loud party early Wednesday morning, according to St. Cloud police.

Officers arrived at the home on the 1200 block of Washington Memorial Drive in St. Cloud around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday after someone called to complain about the noise, St. Cloud police Sgt. Jeff Janssen said.

Renters Tory Wells Sachitti and Stephen Lynn Anders failed to cooperate with police, prompting officers to get a search warrant and go inside, Janssen said.

Schitti, 19, and Anders, 24, were arrested and faced social host and noise violation charges.

Another 43 tickets were issued including 23 for failing to leave a loud party, 19 for underage alcohol consumption and one for possession on drug paraphenalia.
