St. Cloud declares snow emergency

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - The city of St. Cloud issued a snow emergency order Tuesday as the city anticipated a storm bringing up to a foot of new snow to the city by late Wednesday.
ST. CLOUD SNOW EMERGENCY: Read the official city order declaring a snow emergency beginning Wednesday morning
The order goes into effect at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday and will be enforced for 72 hours or until the city cancels the restriction.
During a snow emergency, cars and trucks can be towed without warning if they are parked on the wrong side of the street.
