St. Cloud snow emergency is over

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The snow emergency that went into effect in St. Cloud is now over.
The snow emergency was issued Sunday, as the city received 11 inches of snow.
The snow emergency dictates where people can and cannot park their vehicles, as snow-removal crews plow city streets.
The snow emergency went into effect at 8 o'clock Sunday morning, and the St. Cloud Public Works Department announced it was rescinded at 9 am Tuesday.
