ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Authorities have identified the St. Cloud bar employee shot during an altercation last weekend.

Thirty one year-old James Gackstetter of St. Cloud was shot twice in the stomach and once in the hand. He's expected to survive.

The man who allegedly shot him--24 year-old Cordney Terell Holmes of Macon, Mississippi, has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault.

The shooting happened early Saturday morning outside the Press Bar after Gackstetter asked Holmes to leave because he'd been providing alcohol to two underage females.

Gackstetter followed Holmes and the woman outside the bar. That's when Holmes is alleged to have pulled out a .38 caliber handgun and fired six shots. He made his first court appearance Tuesday, where bail was set at $2 million.
