ST. PAUL, Minn. (KNSI) Several St. Cloud projects are on the list of those Governor Mark Dayton is recommending be included in a 2013 bonding bill.

The governor released his bonding wish list Monday.

As expected, the governor is calling for $10.1 million to build a new park ramp adjacent to the River's Edge Convention Center. He also supports $31.7 million  in state spending to renovate St. Cloud's prison, and $1.6 million would go to Metro Bus to expand their storage and maintenance facility on Franklin Avenue.

The total pricetag of Dayton's recommendations is $812-million. That includes $109 million for a state Capitol renovation project, $35-million to expand and remodel the Rochester Civic Center and $14.5 million to expand the Mankato Civic Center.
