ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police arrested a man early this morning in the area of Riverside Drive and Sixth Street Northeast.

Officers found a vehicle resting against a telephone pole, and the driver inside that vehicle passed out.

Fourty four year-old Matthew Radenbaugh of St. James was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

After being put through a field sobriety test, Radenbaugh was arrested on charges of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was taken to the Benton County Jail.
