St. Cloud police arrest drunken driver

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police arrested a man for drunken driving this morning.

Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West St. Germain Street just before 2 am this morning on a report of an intoxicated driver.

Officers found 30 year-old Christopher Ratcliff of St. Cloud in the driver's seat of a motor vehicle with the engine running. Officers say Ratcliff was very intoxicated. He was arrested for first-degree DWI and first-degree DWI test refusal due to prior convictions.

Ratcliff is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
