St. Cloud police arrest BB gun shooter

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A man has been arrested after St. Cloud police were called to a report of gunshots being fired in the 1900 block of Third Street North.

Officers arrived around 5 pm Wednesday to find 20 year-old Seth Wallin of St. Cloud had pointed a BB gun at a 48 year-old St. Cloud woman and shot at her several times. She was not injured, but her vehicle did sustain some damage.

Wallin ran from the scene on foot but was later taken into custody and booked into the Stearns County Jail.

He was being held on charges of second-degree assault, domestic assault, fourth-degree criminal damage to property, fleeing police on foot, intentionally pointing a gun at another and possession of drug paraphernalia.
