ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police say a man was arrested on multiple charges this morning after a report of a domestic assault.

Officers were called a little before 4:00 am Friday to a residence in the 700-block of Sixth Avenue South. That's where 22 year-old Jonathon Lucas Smith of St. Cloud allegedly forced his way into the residence through a bedroom window and assault his ex-girlfriend--a 21 year-old resident of St. Cloud.

The victim did not require medical attention.

Smith is being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of first-degree burglary, domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
