ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The city of St. Cloud has designated January 7th and January 14th for its annual collection of Christmas trees.
People who want their tree picked up are asked to attach a clear city yard waste bag to the tree and make it clearly visible to collection crews.
All decorations should be removed from the tree. Any tree containing metal or cement stands will not be picked up.
You should place your tree in the normal garbage collection area by 6 am on the morning of January 7th or 14th.
Wreaths are not acceptable for recycling because they contain wire.
Anyone with questions can call the St. Cloud Public Works Department office at 650-2900.
