ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) More than 60 volunteers will be out across downtown St. Cloud today for the annual Spring Clean-Up. They'll be helping to pick up litter, sweeping and planting flowers. There is a morning shift and an afternoon shift for volunteers, and they'll be treated to lunch.

The Downtown Council has hosted Spring and Fall Clean-Ups for more than 15 years. And something new this year--the Council is purchasing 18 large planters that will be placed in clusters of 3 around the downtown area.
