ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The seasons have officially changed--but the weather hasn't.
Wednesday was the first day of spring, but winter held its grip on the upper midwest.
St. Cloud's high temperature was only 19 degrees--way below the normal high of 41. And strong west-northwest winds kept wind chills below zero all day.
Thursday will be slightly better with highs getting into the low to mid 20's. It could reach 30 degrees on Friday.
