ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The St. Cloud City Council holds a special  public hearing Monday night to decide the futures of two bars in the city.

The council will vote on whether to renew the liquor licenses for Rum Runners and McRudy's.

Both bars have violated the terms of their liquor license agreements by serving under-age customers, and violating State Fire Codes by having too many customers in their establishments.

In April, the city council declined to renew an amusement device license for Rum Runners.

The special public hearing begins at 6:30 pm at city hall.
