Snow emergency in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The city of St. Cloud declared a snow emergency effective at 8 am Sunday.
During the snow emergency, parking regulations will be enforced and towing of illegally parked vehicles will begin at 12:01 am Monday.
The snow emergency will be in effect for 72 hours, unless weather conditions improve and it can be lifted before then.
