ST. CLOUD (KNSI) - The city of St. Cloud is declaring a snow emergency.

City officials say the emergency will kick at midnight on Friday, and will be in effect for 72 hours or until conditions improve.

During a snow emergency, all illegally parked vehicles will be towed without prior warning.

The National Weather Service has issues a Winter Weather Warning. They're predicting 5 to 7 inches of snow for the St. Cloud area, and winds between 15 and 25 mph, with gusts up to 40 mph.
