Shoes Used as Weapons in Bar Scuffle

ST. CLOUD, Minn (KNSI) - Three people were arrested early Sunday morning after getting into a dispute with staff at Rum Runners in St. Cloud.

The police department says just after midnight officers responded to a report of a fight at 102 sixth avenue south and found two employees of the bar holding two men on the sidewalk outside the front door. The two men, both from Mankato, allegedly started a fight with the staff after they were asked to leave. At some point a third person, a woman from Brooklyn Park, began hitting staff with her shoes.

All three were arrested and could face a charge of disorderly conduct.
