ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Sherburne and Wright counties are among 43 Minnesota counties under a tornado watch Sunday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

The watch remained in effect until 11 p.m. Sunday.

Meanwhile, Stearns and Benton county are two of 15 central Minnesota counties under Hazerdous Weather Outlook until early tomorrow morning.

Thunderstorms across central Minnesota will produce hail this afternoon and into this evening. Large hail is possible from some of the stronger storms. Strong Nothwest winds from 25 to 30 miles an hour, with gusts to 40 MPH will develop tonight as the low pressure system exits the region.
