ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police say a sex offender notification meeting scheduled for Wednesday night at City Hall has been cancelled.
Sergeant Jason Burke says authorities have learned 30 year-old Dagan Michael Lasart no longer plans to live in the 1500 block of Eighth Street South.
Lasart is a high risk sex offender who served prison time for breaking into a residence and using a weapon and force to sexually assault a woman he did not know.
