ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - A public notification meeting on a sex offender who had moved to St. Cloud has been cancelled after the offender move elsewhere.
The meeting was to be held Thursday night at city hall to let the public know about 52 year-old Marvin Smith, who has 19 prior convictions for indecent conduct and indecent exposure.
Smith has been deemed a level three offender by the Department of Corrections, which means he is considered likely to re-offend.
