Sex Offender Arrested in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - Police arrested a Level 3 sex offender for living at a residence other than where he was registered to live.
Thirty one year-old Jerome Webb had been registered to live in the 11-hundred block of 10th Street Southeast in St. Cloud. Webb was arrested Wednesday afternoon while he was a passenger in a vehicle.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the U.S. Marshal's Service and the Department of Corrections assisted in the investigation.
