Sex Abuse Charges for Melrose Man

ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - A Melrose man has been charged in Stearns County District Court with sexually abusing a teenage girl from 2001 to 2004.

Fourty nine year-old Jerry Kasper is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. His bail was set at 100-thousand dollars. Authorities arrested Kasper on Monday--three days after a woman wore a body wire and had a conversation with Kapser in which he admitted having sex with the girl from the time she was 13 until she was 16.

The victim told investigators Kasper had sex with her on numerous occasions, and that he supplied her with alcohol and drugs.
