SARTELL, MN (KNSI) - The Sartell-St. Stephen School Board will be two members short at the end of the month.
Patrick Jacobson-Schulte, the board’s vice-chairman, is resigning, effective May 30th. Jacobson-Schulte recently sold his home in Sartell, and is relocating to a home outside the school district.
The Jacobson-Schulte resignation follows the departure of Julie Zupfer-Anderson in March. She stepped down due to "irreconcilable differences between board members, and a lack of common vision with regards to the direction of board leadership."
Superintendent Joe Hill says the school board will meet May 14th for a work session that will include discussion on how to fill the vacancies.
