ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - Officials at St. Cloud State University cut the ribbon on a brand new 45-million dollar science and engineering building on campus.
The Integrated Science and Engineering Laboratory Facility, known as ISELF, will house laboratory facilities for mostly upper level and graduate level science, technology, engineering, math, med tech and radiology classes. St. Cloud State officials call the building a "game changer" and see it as the next step in elevating SCSU to a Minnesota leader in science education and science business collaboration.
Located along 8th Street South, just east of the Education building, ISELF broke ground in October 2011 and will be ready to go into service for the fall semester. That fall semester at SCSU begins Monday.
