School board hires search firm

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A search firm has been hired to help the St. Cloud School District identify and hire its next superintendent.

The school board voted unanimously to hire School Exec Connect.

They were picked from among four search firms that were interviewed by a search committee last week.

School Exec Connect will be paid no more than $30,000 for its services.

The district is looking for a new superintendent to replace Bruce Watkins, who'll be retiring next June.
