Sauk Rapids motorcyclist injured

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) A Sauk Rapids man was injured when the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a passenger vehicle.

Stearns County Sheriff John Sanner says it happened just before 5:30 Sunday afternoon in Brockway Township.

Fourty nine year-old Kevin Davis was on his motorcycle when he was struck by a vehicle driven by 29 year-old Daniel Strenge of Rice.

Strenge was attempting to make a turn onto Stearns County Road One from Wallaby Road.

Davis was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Strenge was not injured.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office, St. Stephen Rescue and Gold Cross Ambulance responded to the call.
