Sauk Rapids men arrested for assault

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Two Sauk Rapids men have been arrested for assaulting two other men in downtown St. Cloud.
Assistant Police Chief Sue Stawarski says officers were called to the 10-block of Seventh Avenue South at 2:12 this morning. The two victims--both 22 years old--suffered knife wounds in the altercation. Their names and conditions have not been released.
Stawarski says police arrested 24 year-old Gilberto Aleman and 24 year-old Justin Lee Gomez. They were booked into the Stearns County Jail on charges of first and second-degree assault.
