SARTELL, Minn. (KNSI) - With firefighting efforts at 99 percent containment and authorities hopeful Thursday could be the final day battling the Verso paper mill fire in Sartell, co-workers and friends of the employee killed in Monday's blast will lay him to rest Friday.
Funeral services for Jon Maus, 50, of Albany will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Seven Dolors Catholic Church, 150 2nd Street, in Albany.
Meanwhile, a memorial fund has been established for the Maus family as well as for other employees at Verso affected by the fire.
