SARTELL, Minn. (KNSI) The Sartell-St. Stephen School District has a one-year contract in place for its new interim superintendent.
Michael Spanier gets that job. He's a former principal in the district who has most recently worked as director of learning services.
The contract calls for Spanier to make $595 a day, working a four day work week. The contract was approved unanimously during a school board meeting Wednesday.
If Spanier does work outside the four day work week, he'll be paid an additional $70 an hour.
The school district is looking for a permanent replacement for Superintendent Joseph Hill, whose has resigned--effective at the end of this month.
