Rider In Critical Condition after Motorcycle Crash

WATKINS, MN (KNSI) - A Watkins man was critically injured when the motorcycle he was driving rear-ended a car in Meeker County.
The crash happened at Minnesota Highway 24 and Meeker County Road 42. The State Patrol says 48 year-old James Deheer was heading west on Highway 24 when he rear-ended the car waiting to make a left turn onto the county road.
Deheer was not wearing a helmet. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he was in critical condition. The driver of the car was not injured.
