RICE, MN (KNSI) - The Rice Planning Commission meets tonight to once again consider a town home development on the west side of town.
The project was put on hold for a year after the city implemented a moratorium on new construction.
31 residential rental units and a community room could be included in the project. The commission meets at seven tonight at Rice City Hall to talk about it.
