ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - A 25-hundred dollar reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the person who started a fire at a St. Cloud recycling business Tuesday night.

The fire at Northern Metal Recycling at 119 Sixth Avenue Northeast burned about 50 scrap cars. St. Cloud Fire Marshal Mike Post says the fire was a "deliberate act" that resulted in about five-thousand dollars damage to the business.

Heavy equipment was used to separate the cars that were stacked on top of one another so the fire could be put out. There were no injuries.

Anyone with information on the fire can call the Arson Hotline at 800-723-2020.
