ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) After record-setting amounts of rain across Minnesota in June, the state saw record-breaking cold weather on Monday.
St. Cloud's high temperature was 65 degrees. That's the coolest ever for July 14th. The old record was 68 degrees set in 2011.
It was the same story in the Twin Cities where the high hit 65. That broke their old record for the coolest daytime high of 68 degrees-- a record that had stood since 1884.
