ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) Minnesota's electronic gambling games still aren't pulling in the cash the state is counting on to pay its share of the new Vikings stadium.
The Gambling Control Board says electronic pulltabs are generating about $500 per day at each bar _ about one-third of projections, And the machines have been installed in just 140 bars, far fewer than the goal of 2,500 by October.
State lawmakers say they need to brainstorm other options so Minnesota can pay for its $348 million share of the $975 million stadium.
House Commerce Committee chairman Joe Atkins says he may create a task force to tackle the problem.
