ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The St. Cloud City Council will hold a public hearing tonight for an on-sale wine and malt liquor license application for JK Flyers.

JK Flyers is currently the food vendor at St. Cloud Regional Airport. They are proposing to locate a service bar in the dining-waiting area of the main lobby of the terminal. Liquor would be sold exclusively  from a bar located in a designated space, and liquor would not be allowed out of a designated area.

The application has been reviewed and recommended for approval by the Planning, Police, Fire and Building Safety Departments.

Also tonight, the city council will hear 2015 city budget recommendations from Mayor Dave Kleis.
