ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) St. Cloud police arrested two men following a disturbance outside the Press Bar early Sunday morning. It happened just before 2:00 a.m.

Sergeant Jason Burke says 22 year-old Richard Groce Robinson was yelling and swearing during the disturbance. He was arrested for disorderly conduct after a short struggle with officers.

While he was being arrested, 23 year-old Marvin Glen Mathews disobyed police orders to stay back and plowed through the officers in an attempt to get to Robinson while he was being arrested.

Officers used pepper spray and struggled with Matthews before taking him into custody. Matthews is facing charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.

Both men were booked into the Stearns County Jail.
