ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) The St. Cloud Police Department is holding education and training sessions Wednesday night for business owners on how to detect and report counterfeit U.S. currency.

The first training session runs form 4 until 5:30,  and another will be held from 6:30 until 8:00 pm.

Community Service Officer John Justin says the training sessions are being offered in response to continued incidents of counterfeit money showing up in the St. Cloud area.

The sessions are free, registration is not required, but seating is limited to 80 people for each session. They'll be held at the police department training room at 101 11th Avenue North.
