WILLMAR, Minn. (KNSI) - An 81-year-old Paynesville man was arrested in the death of a Kandiyohi County man from an apparent gunshot Saturday.

Kandiyohi County Sheriff's officials said Delbert Huber, 81, called police just before 7:30 p.m. Saturday to say he had shot and killed a man the victim's Burbank Township home.

Deputies arrived on the 28000 block of 44th Street Northeast to find Huber and Huber's son Timothy with the body of 43-year-old Timothy Richard Larson.

Delbert Huber said he and his son went to the Larson's home and confronted him early Saturday morning. During the confrontation, Huber pulled a gun and shot Larson.

Delbert Huber was arrested on one court of 2nd degree murder, while Timothy Huber, 45, was charged with aiding his father's crime. Both remained held Sunday at the Kandiyohi County Jail.
