St. Cloud, Minn. (KNSI) Acting Stearns County Parks Director Peter Theismann says Rockville County Park and Nature Preserve will be closed to the general public for five days beginning tomorrow (Wednesday), for a turkey hunt for the disabled.

Midwest Outdoors Unlimited will select three people for the hunt, and will supervise it. Hunters will be able to use shotguns, bows or crossbows, and hunting will be limited to portable ground blinds. Each disabled hunter will be accompanied by at least one able-bodied person while in the park.

Rockville County Park covers 284 acres west of Rockville's Eagle Park.

A similar five day hunt for deer will be conducted in the park beginning November 13th.
