BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. (KNSI) Minnesota's county emergency managers will get a sneak peak at the potential spring flood outlook today.
Dan Luna--meteorologist in charge at the National Weather Service office in Chanhassen--will discuss the spring flood outlook during the annual Governor's Homeland Security Conference at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center.
Last winter, St. Cloud received more than 76 inches of snow. This winter's total stands at 41.3 inches.
