ST. CLOUD, MN (KNSI) - Three men suspected of taking part in a sexual assault on the St. Cloud State campus back in March will not be charged in the case.
Prosecutors with the Stearns County Attorney's Office say they have insufficient evidence to bring charges against Phillip Davies, Caleb White and Darkabolu Gbarbea they were all arrested over the March 17th incident in a St. Cloud State residence hall.
Prosecutors said all three suspects had consistent stories that the sex was consensual and criminal activity couldn't be proven. All three men were held in jail for three days before being released.
